mold

Posted by rickR. on September 22, 2003 at 6:03 PM

I am fliping a property that has mold due to a leaky roof. I have replaced the roof, but I am not sure if I should spend the money to treat the mold according to EPA standard (a lot of money), or just to get it disclosed when I sell it. Would my buyers bank not lend the money to my buyer if the mold issue is not fixed?
