Damned if you do and Damned if you don't

Posted by Lughead on July 03, 2003 at 0:20 AM

ward

we seem to be finding that people are getting leery of the EPA - we know that 1695 requires it - - is there a way to include it into a more standard purchase offer but still have the required verbiage???

have you had people take issue with the EPA - - thinking that it is too "different" - any advice on how to handle their concerns

seems that they dont really grasp that it is ok to sign and then cancel - - they want to have their lawyer, brother, and dog look it over....

thanks
Lughead
