Updated version of the EPA is available....In Reply to: Damned if you do and Damned if you don't posted by Lughead on July 03, 2003 at 0:20 AM : ward : we seem to be finding that people are getting leery of the EPA - we know that 1695 requires it - - is there a way to include it into a more standard purchase offer but still have the required verbiage??? : have you had people take issue with the EPA - - thinking that it is too "different" - any advice on how to handle their concerns : seems that they dont really grasp that it is ok to sign and then cancel - - they want to have their lawyer, brother, and dog look it over.... : -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=- Lunk, Yes, you can try to minimize the EPA by making it an addendum to a regular offer to purchase, but that makes too much paperwork for me. By the way, later today we will be putting up an updated version of the EPA on the Fillable Forms page on this website. The current version isn’t traditional enough for most people so we’re reverting to a simpler version that most beta testers preferred. Hope you like it too. Follow Ups: Post a Followup:
