: ward

: we seem to be finding that people are getting leery of the EPA - we know that 1695 requires it - - is there a way to include it into a more standard purchase offer but still have the required verbiage???

: have you had people take issue with the EPA - - thinking that it is too "different" - any advice on how to handle their concerns

: seems that they dont really grasp that it is ok to sign and then cancel - - they want to have their lawyer, brother, and dog look it over....

:
: thanks

Just my $.02

The one I had signed the lady didn't even look at it. I tried to explain it but she didnt' wnat to know.
She did hear the part abour the cancelation period though...she called 3 days later and canceled!!

Seems like the truely motivated don't care what they sign...she also signed a POA without reading it....

As for changing the EPA.....I've seen a few different versions. I believe that as long as it has the verbage that 1695 requires tehn you are ok...
