successful homeowner approaches
I recently started going out trying to talk to homeowners about equity buyouts, but I am finding it difficult to even get the opportunity to introduce myself, let alone trying to let the homeowner know what I may be able to do to help solve their foreclosure situation. I have a feeling that I'm coming across as too salesmen-like and/or just appear too young or inexperienced (I'm 24 years old but look younger). I was wondering if anyone who has had success with equity buyouts could share what approaches have worked best for him/her or if you have any suggestions that may help break the ice on the initial visits. I have tried adapting Ward's approach to suit my personality and style, but I don't think I have the right approach down yet and I'm looking for other suggestions and ideas that may help.
