That's a simple one.In Reply to: How deal with funky appraisals from buyer's lender? posted by Alfred -- CA on December 28, 2009 at 4:15 PM : What are the most effective actions one can take if your buyer's lender's appraiser comes in with a very low value on the property you're selling, thus screwing up the financing/sale?
