The house is completely empty. As I said before the neighbors saw them move out and the electricity is off. We were expecting to enter and secure tomorrow when I got a call today from the previous owner saying that she saw the notice and she wants cash for keys. I said that in order for that to happen we needed to inspect the property to see the condition. She doesn't want to do that or meet us at the property. So should we just change the locks and stop talking to her (I realize she could sue for wrongful eviction, but what would the damages be???).
