Use a QUALIFIED eviction attorney. Have him/her do EVERYTHING, including the service. Quit Negotiating with the deck wad. Landlords can enter their property with a 24-hour notice. Enter with an off duty sheriff in uniform and take pictures/video of current condition. Let the occupant know he/she will be financially responsible for any damage/loss. Use lawyers, cops, and legal standing and get busy! Or wait 60 – 90 days then start with the above! Thanks a lot Duhh, how do you get the cops involved and any suggestion on a good lawyer?
