The previous owner operates a health care business in the house. Currently there are 4 disabled patients live in the house, and previous owner hire some people to take care of them. In this case, what kind of notice should I send to them? Previous owner doesn’t live in the house, and the house is not tenant occupied either, what kind of notice should I send?
