We do pick interesting situations sometimes, don't we?

I wouldn't touch this one myself with a ten-foot pole. And, no Bullwinkel, not even an eleven-foot pole.

Do yourself a favor and hire a u/d attorney for the whole process. If you have a problem along the way, they'll cover your back end. Plus, you may sleep better at night.

No guarantees on the latter, but I feel pretty strongly on the first part.
