Posted by Billy Jean on November 09, 2009 at 11:56 PM I'm about to put a vacant foreclosure property on the market and wanted to see if you guys thought the added expense of "staging" the home added to your bottom line. Do any of you guys stage or do you just price it right and sift through your offers? If you do stage, do you have a pro staging company do it, or do you do it yourself? Thanks!
