Missing my point re: pool. What makes it more marketable is actually the question. Buyers wanting a pool are higher on the pyramid than those not wanting it... so filling it in would be the correct action to take.

Don't really need training. I took foreclosure course with Ward. I've done trustee sales and been successful, but never did an REO. I'm just lazy and didn't want to go out to garage and fish out my foreclosure manual. I would go to recorder and check title myself anyway no matter what. Just a simple question. If you knew you could've just answered it.
