Questions: : 1) Think it smart to fill in pool, or is there more value there with it cleaned up and in tact? : 2) Do you always receive clear title and title insur when you buy and REO or do you have to request that from lender as a part of your offer/conditions? : Thanks in advance. Alfred, 1) Do your homework -- If you plan on reselling, find out what sales actually took place in that area of comparable houses with and without pools.
