Posted by Mark on August 07, 2001 at 11:49 PM Hi, I deal with offshore investors that purchase preforeclosure real estate in several areas of the US. To them it is not only a great return on investment, but also a great tax haven. I assist my clients with the purchase of the property, but need assistance in locating preforeclosure properties. I handle all the transactions betweeen the homeowner and the investor. What we are willing to pay is a finders fee for some help with the location of the property and minor transactional details. The usual finders fee is 10% of the negotiated purchase price. If any one has access to Preforeclosure information, and would like to earn a possible substantial income, please contact me at the above e-mail address.
