willliam davis, of course you have difficulty understanding, most people do not have a thorough knowledge of the foreclosure markets nor the cash and credit lines available to take advantage of hundreds of transactions per year. All counties are very competetive not just LA, we have a system in place that allows us to take quick action and turn arounds, creating a win-win situation for all involved. As far as the finder knowing what deals go through, this information is publicly available in the county records.I dont usually have a problem "blowing it with the homeowner", actually I find this to be the best approach. As for interest in the profits myself, I enjoy a steady 6 figure Monthly income off of my clients payments to myself, and have no interest in buying or holding trust deeds personaly. As for the investors "loosing money" they average a 30-40% net return on their investment. What I see with yourself is an unskilled wanna be investor that doesnt understand a superior system. You must be a realtor that knocks on doors and does 3 or four deals a year while working another job. Some helpful advice, less negativity and more open mindedness may take you further in life than wasting your time with meaningless drivel in replies to posted messages. Please people, only ones that are serious about making real money reply to me by e-mail, those that doubt me can ignore it, dont waste my time..
