Re: FORECLOSURE RELIEF BILL BECOMES LAWIn Reply to: FORECLOSURE RELIEF BILL BECOMES LAW posted by Skimmer on July 11, 2008 at 6:18 PM what a bunch of socialistic crap. does this apply only to section 32 residential or to all residential ? the borrower signs an agreement. the state thinks it can just come in, and change this agreement ? no wonder i try to stay away from residential. the govt is forever trying to protect people from themselves. this goes back to the discussion i was having in an earlier thread. people make choices. they had better dang well accept the responsibility of those choices. the borrower didnt mind accepting my money. now i am supposed to meet with them ? i am supposed to give them some 800 number so they can whine to someone else ? how about forcing people to accept responsibility for the choices they make ? this is part of that risk management of which i was speaking.
