: : I read the CA code on rent skimming. I'd appreciate clarification on one point. I'm considering putting a renter into a property that is going towards foreclosure. I've contacted the bank and the loss mitigation rep told me to go ahead and rent it!!??!! I offered the rents to the bank, and she was not interested, even though it is the banks right under the Deed of Trust. Crazy, but true.
