dealing with 'homeowners assn'

Posted by bukzin on August 12, 2004 at 2:44 PM

I am following a trustee sale (going tomorrow)which is a
2nd for un-paid dues to the HOA. Its $2500. with a first
of $94k. Trustee is Allied.

Have any of you done these? Has anyone been watching
the case of the older couple here in CA that lost thier
home. I think the high bidder was Robert Vandanega;
the press has been having a field day with him.

Anything out of the ordinary to watch out for?

Thanks
Bukzin
