: Who is this Robert Vandanega? and why is the press so interested in him??

He is the TS investor from Alameda (near SF) that purchased
a home from an older couple who were behind in their
HOA dues a few hundred dollars. Do a Google search
and you will read all about it. Seems he is a very
active full time bidder in CA.

Several bills have been introduced here in CA to protect
homeowners from letting HOA's foreclose over 'small
amounts of money'. I think the govenor has expressed
his support of this new action.

What do you think?
