I think the high bidder was Robert Vandanega; : the press has been having a field day with him. : Anything out of the ordinary to watch out for? : Thanks : Bukzin ~~~~~~~~~~ Most title companies won't write a title insurance policy for a year after you acquire title to a condo via an HOA foreclosure auction. So that means you won't be able to refinance it or resell it for a year after you acquire it. Hope this helps.
