It's not a state regulated agency??

I thought that realtors were licensed and regulated by the state.

So unless they break the law, they can behave as they please with only the local board to govern -

Wow!! this is a HUGE surprise - what then is the DRE for??

I guess that is in line with our experience that the majority of realtors we have come across are so ..... well, would have a tough time finding their way out of a paper bag!

If someone reading this post is offended by my experience and is one of the minority of truely professional and competent realtors, to you i apologize ... but honestly your profession is wrought with incompetence and unfair practices - clean it up so we can have more respect PLEASE!!!
