So in calling them, They are requiring full payment of payments that are in arrears, and I wont be able to come up with that for at least 3 months or so. My fica score has lowered so much that its going to take me years to bring it back up, so refy or loan of any kind is I think impossible, Thought about hard money lender and possibly bankruptsy just to save my house but am trying to find an easier solution without ruining my life. my house payments are 2008.00 a month with late payments and penalty fee,s Im behind 8500.00 : any suggestions from any of you would really be appreciated, or : if any of you know of someone that would take a chance on me enough to loan me my back payments to catch up with my mortgage so that I would have the time to sell or refy wich ever was more feasable and I would pay them back with 50% within 6 months? : This would be the way I would like to go, But these angels are hard to come by, thankyou ahead of time for any info you can give. kevin =================== Kevin, The help you need is going to be local.
