This TD is dated/written earlier by 10 days than a larger $ deed on the prop. but recorded on the on the same day with a recorded document number after the larger dollar amount deed. The question- which is the senior/1st deed, the deed written first or the deed recorded first. Because if the smaller amount deed is the first and is bought at auction will it not wipe out the larger amount deed? Thanks for your help. Chris Follow Ups: Re: T.D.
