Distribution of the foreclosure auction overbid amount...

: Ward,
: Typically, what percentage of the overage(s) does the Homeowner collect on?
: What's the typical timeframe before any money is dispursed to the Homeowner?

: sidebar: this is a top notch website, Ward.

: Thanks!

==============

The overbid goes downward in a sequential order, paying off each junior lienor in order of priority. If all the junior lienors are paid off and there's still some overbid left, that remaining amount will all go to the ex-owner.

Generally the disbursement of the overbid amount to the junior lienors and ex-owner will be completed within a month after the trustee's sale, if there's no disagreement amongst the junior lienors as to who is entitled to what.

Hope this helps.
