I have been following the trustee sales at lately. I have been working the propeties sales and recording docs and am comfortable with the process. : My question is that I am soon looking for a newer home for myself, and would like to buy at the trustee sale. I know I need all cash, but would like to buy a trustee sale $ 300 k home, and only have $175k cash. I just cannot bring myself to buy a home for myself retail. Any ideas on private funds to fully fund the trustee sale, I am preapproved, can quick close refi and cash out a partner and am willing to pay solid return on investment points for the short term help with financing. : Here for your wisdom, and open to your ideas. : Thanks kt ==================== Kris, Check with the Norris Group in Riverside, CA.
