Just call him up...In Reply to: Norris Group...experience with this private lender? posted by Nick on March 04, 2004 at 7:41 PM : Hi. I have come across the Norris Group on a few titles of properties I have looked at. What is your experience with them? I had one guy I talked to who I believed was foreclosure speculating and tried to do a quick flip once he discovered serious problems with a purchase and posed as if he were partners with them. I knew they did private hard cash loans and are a big player in SoCal. Are they known to foreclose on properties they've loaned on? Can I approach them for REO type opportunities? I feel a few properties I've looked at in the past may have seen the foreclosure buyer get into trouble. I've seen a few sit a year plus now. Considering seeing if I can bail out a buyer on one of these loans is what I'm considering. Revisiting a few properties to see the situation. Gut feeling is buyers may not have enough access to capital to make a rehab work. Any advice is appreciated. I have been following properties awhile now, looking to take action on my first here in SoCal. Thanks for freely sharing your knowledge, hopefully one day one of your seminars will make sense for me. ============== Nick, I know Bruce as a fair, honest individual. He's one of the good guys in this business. However, I'm not familiar with the details of his lending program. I'd just give him a call and ask your questions directly. Follow Ups: Post a Followup:
