How to deal with the buyer's realtor.

Posted by Mirela28 on February 12, 2004 at 7:24 PM

Hi

I'm not familiar yet how to deal with a buyer's realtor.

What steps do they take and what should I expect from them. Meaning are they the ones that I'll be dealing with or the buyer or both. And what is the initial contact? Is it a phone call from the realtor, or a fax or a mail offer.
The buyer has seen the house 2 times and said that the realtor will contact us. What does that mean. What do I need to do and/or say if their realtor does contact me.

Any response greatly appreciated. This is my first house that I'm selling by owner and I feel lost.

Thank You,

Mirela
