Bidding restraint??

Shelly,

CA Civil Code §2924h(g) states that it is unlawful to restrain bidding in any manner at a trustee's sale. Why would you impulsively decide at the sale to join in with another bidder if your intent wasn't to restrain the bidding between the two of you?
