I am trying to finance a property I purchased at thhe court house. The state is NC. We have a 10 day upset bid rule. My bid stood for ten days, so I was declared the winning bidder. I have financing lined up and can close in 10 days. The only problem is the bank will not allow me access to the property. I would like to know, does the original owners still own the property?
