(in California). : Though we don't want to be paranoid, events such as the one above are getting a bit suspicious. : Thank you in advance for your replies. =?=?=?=?=?=?=?=?=?=?= JK, According to a foreclosure auctioneer I know, they can cry a trustee's sale in CA from the appointed time, to an hour later, without having to cry a postponement. If I were you I wouldn't do anything to incur the ire of the auctioneer other than to politely ask him if he/she is ready to cry the sale. Follow Ups: Post a Followup:
