How should I answer potential buyer's questions.

Posted by Mirela on January 19, 2004 at 10:32 PM

Hi

I just can't figure out how to answer some of the questions of potential buyers of my property that I bought from trustee sale. For example, if they ask:
How long have I lived there?
Why am I selling it?
Where did I buy from?
How much did I get it for?

Questions like these will probably come up when I'll have an open house and I was wondering how I should handle them.
I haven't applied for a business license, so I don't know if I'm consider an investor legally, or if I can make reference that I am.

Please let me know if anyone does know of any answers to these questions or how you would handle it.

Thank You
