As are many of you. The market is very competitive. However, Ward you mentioned Long Beach, any suggestions? I have read other views on Lancaster and it is clear it is just as competitive there as it is here in the Long Beach area. Also, I have to go to Arizona for a business trip and thought I would look around. Any views? Does anyone know what the market is? What is a Notice of Sale state? Is it a buyer's Market?
