The link unfortunately does not have any information regarding the foreclosure statement above.

We have a tenant that has leased the property, is current on the payments, and has lived in the property for four years.

We've been told from a lawyer that based on those items 60 day notice is correct, Can anybody confirm that this is correct or not.

Again we did buy the property at auction, in Kern County.
