Is this law unique to AZ or are there others States with similar laws. : : Hello All: : : After paying $200 for a Title Search from a Title Company, I'm interested in doing my own search at the courthouse. Any suggestions what I should ask for, and what I need to look at... ...the last time I was at the County Office, the clerks were very unhelpful and impatient with me. It's not easy enough to do it by correspondence. : One bit of advice re AZ foreclosure sales. Your state allows you to get a copy of the foreclosing trustee's title report. It's called a Trustee's Sale Guaranty (TSG). Upon your request the trustee conducting the trustee's sale must sell you the TSG for $40.00 (not $250). : It lists all ownership interests and all liens.
