Any suggestions what I should ask for, and what I need to look at... ...the last time I was at the County Office, the clerks were very unhelpful and impatient with me. It's not easy enough to do it by correspondence. One bit of advice re AZ foreclosure sales. Your state allows you to get a copy of the foreclosing trustee's title report. It's called a Trustee's Sale Guaranty (TSG). Upon your request the trustee conducting the trustee's sale must sell you the TSG for $40.00 (not $250). It lists all ownership interests and all liens.
