Re: Any ideas? Deceased ownerIn Reply to: Any ideas? Deceased owner posted by James-CA on December 12, 2003 at 9:49 AM : Hi Ward, : I am wondering if you have any ideas on this scenario. : The lienholder in foreclosure is deceased. She died in January, 2003. There "appear" to have been payments made up until June, 2003. I have checked Accurint to no avail regarding any associates or relatives. The condo is due for sale on 12/24. Any ideas on how to obtain the property before it goes to auction when there appears to be no one to sign it over? (Squatting appears to not be a possibility due to the fact that the condo is in a gated community with a guard at the gate. However, if you have any ideas what I would say to the guard to let me in, obviously let me know.) : Thanks for your help. : James. ================================================================= Use the search function on this website on you'll see my earlier posting answering how to do this deal in detail.
