Further edification...In Reply to: You need to read the notice... posted by Ward-CA- on November 25, 2003 at 8:42 AM : I will go and read the full notice. : Is it obvious if it will pertain to the property? : IE - if the plaintiff just wanted to tie up his assets from a regular sale in hopes of placing a Lien on the property, but the suit is not specifically regarding the property then sounds like it would be safe for us. Is that correct? : Thank You! JK, I guess I could restate my reply to your post this way. All you have to be concerned with is if the Notice of Action somehow attacks the validity of the foreclosing lien. Hope this clears things up.
