You need to read the notice...

: Hello

: We are interested in a foreclosure but there is a Notice of Action on Public Record Junior to the foreclosing Deed of Trust

: I believe that if we get this property at the sale then the Action could be continued against us.

: Is this correct?, or does the foreclosure "wipe out" the action?

: Thank you.

===================================

JK,

What does the Action pertain to?

If it’s over something that’s not related to the foreclosing lien then it will probably be obliterated by the senior’s foreclosure.

But if it deals with something about the foreclosing lien then maybe not.

So you need to get more fully informed about the Action.

Hope this helps.
