Payments on judgments are too private to discern...

: I know sometimes the owner of the judgment and the losing party will make payment arrangements. Not that someone receiving payments would be likely to sell his or her judgment, but can that information be found somewhere?

Since payments on judgments are between private parties, there’s no public mechanism to detect when, where or how much is being paid.
