But she doesn't have a social security number (iligal alien). Her husband was the oringinal owner, with a valid social security ID card, but he quick claimed it to her a few months ago, and desappeared. Question: can the Wife sell the property if she does not have a social security number, and more importantly would I be able to get title insurance if the title company realizes that she does not have one?
