Buying "Subject to" non-distressed property
The seller has a home listed at $255,000, could sell for $280-285 with owner financing. He owes approx. $190,000 on his mortgage and has payments of $1,550 (mortgage and association fees).How do I write up the offer to purchase the property "subject to," and, if he agrees, what forms are used to write up the purchase agreement?
