: Ward,

: I am in Arizona. I have an agreement with Bank One to purchase a 2nd mortgage for $10,000. I have my written offer and Bank Ones' written acceptance good through 10-24-03. When I tried to fund it today I was told by the Bank One representative that the debt was charged off and they can't sell it to me now. I have committed funds to the previous owner and reinstated the first already. Do I have any recourse in forcing Bank One to honor the written offer and written acceptance or did I just lose a lot of money?

: Regards,
: Derek

Derek,

Couldn't you charge breach of contract in court?
