Ward Thanks for the info,

I have another question. The property that I am trying to obtain by adverse possession. I have found out the owner has Died, however no one has stepped up to claim property. So I started paying the taxes to keep it out of a tax sale. Question if no heir steps up to protest can the State or Federal government agency prevent me from acquiring property by AP?
