Ward: re REO's

Posted by Jon CA on September 21, 2003 at 11:55 AM

Ward- thanks for the article on reo's. We have successfully purchased an reo from a local small bank and it worked out really well although we did get it through a real estate broker. I have contacted all six branches of this small bank chain (Northern California) to ask if they have any more reo's but we have yet to hear back from them. I was wondering if you have any suggestions on cooperative banks or any very good web sites to banks that do a good job posting their REO's.What is your most successfull method and who do you like working with.

as always, appreciate all of you help!

Jon CA (Northern)
