Re: Pasreo.comIn Reply to: Pasreo.com posted by Ward-CA- on September 21, 2003 at 10:13 PM : : Ward- thanks for the article on reo's. We have successfully purchased an reo from a local small bank and it worked out really well although we did get it through a real estate broker. I have contacted all six branches of this small bank chain (Northern California) to ask if they have any more reo's but we have yet to hear back from them. I was wondering if you have any suggestions on cooperative banks or any very good web sites to banks that do a good job posting their REO's.What is your most successfull method and who do you like working with. : : as always, appreciate all of you help! : : Jon CA (Northern) : Jon, : http://www.pasreo.com/ : The above link deals with REO’s. It’s affiliated with Wells Fargo I think. I haven’t had a chance to navigate it as thoroughly as I’d like to some day. : Hope it’s of use to you. There is a REO home that I am wanting to look into. I can't seem to find out who is the ageant handling it. I know Wells Fargo owns it. The house has been empty for over 6 months. The family that lost it left alot of garbage and unfinished deck/patio work. I want to know if it's going to be auctioned off or put on the market or what. How do I find out. I really want to buy this place if I can get it for the right price. There is a lockbox on the door and it's located @ 498 Feather Dr Copperopolis Ca 95228
