Form for inspection of prop?

Posted by Brad (CA) on September 21, 2003 at 10:43 AM

Hello Ward,
I hope everything is going well, forum is busy as always! I have a pretty easy question for you here.
I'm going to have a contractor go look at a property out of area and the owners are out of area as well. Just because I'm new I want to CMA like crazy and make sure I document her permission to go inspect the property in case any mishaps occur.
I was going to type up a simple couple lines to the affect that she gives me permission to inspect the property. ?
How's that sound? Any stock things I should throw in there? Special legalese wording?

Thanks Ward,
Brad Pennington
