: : Hello Ward,
: : I hope everything is going well, forum is busy as always! I have a pretty easy question for you here.
: : I'm going to have a contractor go look at a property out of area and the owners are out of area as well. Just because I'm new I want to CMA like crazy and make sure I document her permission to go inspect the property in case any mishaps occur.
: : I was going to type up a simple couple lines to the affect that she gives me permission to inspect the property. ?
: : How's that sound? Any stock things I should throw in there? Special legalese wording?

: :
: : Thanks Ward,

: Brad,

: You might look at the revised Equity Purchase Contract (EPA) by clicking on our Fillable Forms page. It contains several lines about access to the property by seller’s property inspectors, contractors, etc.

: Hope this helps.

Beautiful! I knew it had to be around here somewhere!!
Thanks Ward, always lending a tip or advice!
Brad Pennington
