Letting Ex-Owners Hang AroundWard has said repeatedly that he doesn't advise renting back to ex-owners, giving them options to buy, etc. Does this apply as well to just letting them live in a property for "free?" I.e. you're busy enough with your renovation business, that you simply choose to let them stay there a few more months... rather than try to insure/protect vacant property. Or is this just as risky to the foreclosure buyer, as renting to them? Follow Ups:
