Is it okey to do the new roof job (takes only a day) while the tenants are living there? Or would I have to get an okey from them? What if they don't want to be bothered with the noise? Side Note: I gave them a 60 day notice, and they still have about 30 more days to go, but I want to go ahead and get the roof done before any further damage is done.
