I fail to see how taking them to court for breach of contract
will stop them from doing the same thing again. I'd just walk
away and look for the next deal, rather than waste valuable
time trying to teach a couple of screwballs a lesson. If you're
out of pocket, do what you have to do to get your deposit etc.
back, but if you're not losing money, my advice would be to just
let it go.
